LIBRA INCOME EXTRA FUND

INCOME EXTRA is an open-ended unit trust fund, investing in fixed income securities(including money market instruments) and equities.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES

The Fund aims to provide investors with income and capital appreciation over a medium to long term investment horizon by investing in a balanced portfolio of fixed income instruments and equities.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

The Fund will invest primarily in income-generating securities from both fixed income and equity asset classes. The Fund will be ‘anchored’ by a relatively stable portfolio of fixed income securities which would be held for their regular income yield. Concurrently, the Fund will also invest inequities that offer high dividend yields. Growth will be the secondary objective of the Fund, which the Manager expects to derive from the gradual capital appreciation of the high-dividend yielding stocks, as well as from selected picks of fundamentally undervalued stocks.
